How much is delivery?

We aim to keep our shipping costs low as we possibly can for a small business with $12 standard flat rate or $15 Express Shipping AUSTRALIA Wide

Do you accept returns?

We will only accept faulty or damaged items as returned goods. Change of mind items can not be returned. Damaged or faulty goods will be eligible for a store credit or swapped for a brand new unused or unopened item.. For more information read our returns policy. Please note we don't process refunds for natural wear and tear or damage caused after the order has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Credit Card and Afterpay. Please note we do not store your payment details and will never write your card details down anywhere.

Pre-order items information

If you purchase a pre-order item, this means you are purchasing an items knowing that the item will be shipped at a later date. You will be emailed as soon as the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

The Keep Kups will be shipped in Early September
